Dr. Abousaleh is an Applied Behavior Analyst with a specialization in Organizational Behavior Management and Positive Behavioral Leadership, receiving both his Masters and Doctorate from Western Michigan University. His applied work focuses on the design and implementation of policies and programs aimed at improving performance and creating positive workplace culture. His has experience working with organizations in several countries including Canada, United States of America, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates. His work also spans multipleindustries including Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Language Acquisition, Foodservice, and Public Safety. In addition to his work as a practitioner, Dr. Abousaleh is also a professor of Organizational Behavior and Leadership where he works to bridge gaps between theory and practice.
